If you already have a Panda Account, log in using your login email and password. If you don't have an account, create one by clicking on "Sign Up" or "Create Account."

Once logged in, click on your account name or avatar, usually located in the top right corner of the website. A drop-down menu should appear.

Select "My Account" or a similar option from the drop-down menu. This will take you to your account dashboard.

In your account dashboard, look for an option like "Redeem Code" or "Activate a Product." Click on it.

A new page will open, prompting you to enter the Activation Code for your Panda Dome Essential product. This code is usually provided in the email or card containing your purchase details.

Enter the Activation Code carefully and double-check for any typos or mistakes.

Click on the "Redeem" or "Activate" button to proceed.

Follow any additional on-screen instructions that may appear to complete the activation process.

Once successfully redeemed, your Panda Dome Essential product will be added to your account and should be ready for use.

Download and install the Panda Dome Essential software on your device if you haven't done so already.

Delivery

From the time the order is confirmed, it should take up to 15 minutes to arrive at the email you used when placing the order.

Returns

Digital products, including but not limited to digital keys, may require activation. Activation instructions will be provided in the order confirmation notification sent to the email address registered in the user account. If you do not receive activation instructions by email, please contact customer service for assistance.
